Warranty Terms
Our 10 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately .
Warranty Process:
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem, the item outer package.
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under warranty ( R.M.A).
3. Please ship the package according to the R.M.A instructions provided by our team
Local Pick Up And Returns
All local pickup items will be ready 48 hours after your payment has been processed. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation number and local pick up address and time Via email.
If the customer is not satisfied with their items, Contact customer service as soon as possible. Customer has 24 hrs after receiving items to notify us about any discrepancies. No Refunds will be given out only exchanges or online store credit. If the customer has tried on the item prior to leaving local pick up location All sales then would be final and no exchange or store credit would be given.
